Q1. What is your payment policy?
A1. Lessons need to be paid half termly in advance (payable prior to the first lesson).
Q2. What is your cancellation policy if a student is unable to attend a lesson?
A2. Refunds for non attendance are not possible but a make up lesson or credit may be granted at my discretion under exceptional circumstances.
Q3. What is the policy if I as the piano teacher need to cancel a lesson?
A3. If I as the piano teacher cancel a lesson, a make up lesson or refund will be offered.
